Tenants Contents Insurance

Our Tenant Contents Insurance Policy provides cover specifically tailored for tenants.
We also offer tenants an optional Personal Possessions cover, for extra peace of mind.

Our standard Tenants Insurance Policy includes:
•    Accidental damage cover to televisions, audio equipment or computer equipment.
•    Up to £2,500 in respect of accidental breakage and damage to your Landlords fixtures
     and fittings for which you are responsible.
•    Up to £1000 in respect of replacement locks for external doors to the building if your keys are stolen or lost.
•    Breakage of mirrors, glass tops to furniture, fixed glass in furniture, ceramic hobs forming part of a movable cooker.
•    Accidental damage to contents whilst vin transit by professional removal contractors.
•    £250 for loss or damage to food and domestic purchases whilst being transported from the shops to your home.

The policy also offers optional additional cover such as;
•    Accidental damage to contents in your home
•    Personal possessions anywhere in the world for:
          - Accidental loss or damage to unspecified articles; jewellery, watches, photographic equipment
          up to a limit of £1500 any one item   
          - Sports equipment, including sporting guns and clothing used for amateur sports purposes
          up to a limit of £1000 any one loss
          - Mobile telephones up to £350 any one item and any one loss
          - Specified articles with a value in excess of £1500.
